1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the BeginRank service ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

BeginRank is a subscription-based service priced at $39 USD per month. The Service includes:

  • Registration and administration of a .blog domain name mapped to your brand.
  • Automated hosting and setup of the blog infrastructure.
  • Generation and publication of up to three (3) SEO-optimized, AI-generated blog posts per week based on your primary website's content and industry context.
  • Access to a dashboard where you may review, edit, or approve content.

3. Domain Name Registration and Ownership

As part of the Service, we will register a .blog domain on your behalf. While your subscription is active, we will manage and pay for the domain renewals. You retain ultimate equitable ownership of the domain name. Upon cancellation of your subscription, you may request a transfer of the domain name to your own registrar, provided your account is in good standing and all fees have been paid. Domain transfer fees may apply.

4. Content Generation and Ownership

The Service utilizes Artificial Intelligence to generate content based on parameters derived from your parent website. You retain intellectual property rights over the published content. However, by using the Service, you grant us a license to generate, host, and publish this content on the managed .blog domain.

Your Responsibility: While we endeavor to generate high-quality and factually accurate content, you are solely responsible for reviewing the content. You agree that BeginRank is not liable for any inaccuracies, claims, or damages arising from the automated content published on your .blog domain.

5. Payment and Cancellation

The Service is billed on a monthly subscription basis at $39 USD per month. You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. We do not provide refunds or credits for partially used billing periods. Upon cancellation, your automated blog will go offline unless you have arranged for a domain transfer.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BeginRank shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.
